First and foremost, we want to address a common query regarding items that appear as "out of stock" on our website. It's important to note that an "out of stock" status or Price status "0" does not necessarily mean that the item will be restocked later. Our online store features a limited product line for direct sale.

This is because we aim to bring you the latest and most innovative products, which sometimes means making room for new inventory by not restocking certain items.


Finding Small Diameter Filters

We understand that many of our customers are in search of small diameter filters, specifically those smaller than 67mm. We want to gently remind you that these specific filters are not available for purchase through our online store. However, this doesn't mean you're out of options.

We highly encourage you to visit your local store or reach out to an authorized distributor in your country. They may have the stock you're looking for, and they're always ready to assist you with your needs.



Where to Find DHG, FS Plus, and FIT+SLIM Series

Most products within these series are exclusively available at your local stores. We've taken this approach to support local businesses and to provide you with a more personalized shopping experience. 

To be announced later, but large part of DHG and FIT+SLIM series will be replaced by the new FS Plus Series in the future. 


Future Plans for Online Sales

We want to be transparent about our plans regarding the sale of out-of-stock filters online. At the moment, we do not have any plans to sell these out-of-stock items through our online store.
