  • Warranty means this Warrantly clause the Company originally sets forth.

Marumi warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions of use, for One-year based on the date of original purchase. The normal conditions of use does not include;
- Glass breakage and damage due to dropping or any similar incidents caused by users.

The Company can only provide guarantees for the products being purchased on this Website. If You have purchased marumi brand products from other channels, contact that store You purchsed.

  • The warranty can be applied only on presentation of the proof of purchase via our Website with the correspondent email or purchase number. 
  • If the Company checks the condition of the returned products and confirms it is covered under warranty, the defective products can be replaced free of charge. 
  • If the product has been discontinued and not availalbe anymore, warranty replacement can be made with a current model of the same quality performing the equivalent function.
  • Any shipping costs incurred when returning and receiving replacement will be covered by the Company unless otherwise specified.
