Why are "marumi CINE&TV" and "marumi"; two distinctive logos?

Marumi CINE&TV is a new brand launched in 2019, debuted at CINE GEAR Los Angeles in California. Products from CINE&TV are designed to dedicate to DPs/Cinematographers and professionals in the broadcasting industry.

Please note that the distributors of CINE&TV products are also distinctive from the ones from photography.
