International Shipping and Customs Information (Updated November 13, 2025)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. Marumi is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the customer's responsibility. Please note that our prices do not include VAT.

We offer international shipping to various countries.
Due to ongoing disruptions in global logistics, shipping availability may change daily.
Please note that the shipping method may also change depending on the situation.
If we find that no shipping options are available to your designated address, we may have to cancel your order and notify you accordingly.

Current Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to Russia, Belarus, or North Korea due to logistics disruptions influenced by the war in Ukraine. 
- Via Japan Post, we do not ship to the United States due to the introduction of a new tariff system. FedEx shipping to this area is available

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please also note that customs clearance at the destination border may delay the estimated delivery times shown below. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.

Order Status
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 28 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info-international@marumi-filter.co.jp with your name and order number. We will look into the matter for you promptly.
